Invite someone who directly saw the work—a manager, colleague, client, mentor or professor—to add their own account of a specific contribution.
You write what you did.
They independently write what they witnessed.
Those two voices remain visibly separate.
That separation is the trust model.

The work is still current. The evidence is already portable.

Internal progression
Arjun was ready for a larger role, but his job title no longer reflected how far his responsibility had grown.
His designation and appraisal history could show his position and performance.

A sudden exit
